7 Ways To Make Your Clients Fall In Love With You
In our industry, it is extremely important to establish long-term relationships with our clients.
And just like everyone quickly figures out — the only type of relationship worth hanging onto are good ones. Over the last 5+ years, the gurus at ROI Online have become pros at establishing and maintaining relationships that make others jealous.

DO: Be transparent and collaborative throughout your project. Clients appreciate honesty and being part of the process.
DON'T: Exclude them from the process.

DO: Be clear about pricing and what is included in the contract. We are upfront about what the costs are and what that entails.
DON’T: Overcharge and underdeliver. Pricing and quality go hand-in-hand at ROI.

DO: Educate and help them every step of the way.
DON’T: Talk down to them or use industry jargon to explain things, then look at them like they are dumb when they don't understand.
